While we hope your child loves everything in your order, we know things pop up. We've kept our policy straightforward for you!
  • General Policy

The following is applicable for orders within the USA:

You have 30 days after order fulfillment to initiate an exchange or return.

Once initiated, you'll have 10 days to return the item(s).

A flat-rate fee of $5.95 per return label will be deducted from your refund amount. This is waived if you opt for an exchange.

To be eligible for an exchange or return, items must:

  • Be unused/unworn/undamaged
  • Have original tags and packaging

    If an item is exchanged or returned without it's tags attached and/or missing packaging, a $10 restocking fee per item will apply.

    There are exclusions which can be found further below.

    • Returns

    Your refund will be processed once we receive the returned item(s) at our warehouse.

    • Exchanges

    Opt for an exchange and you'll be able to exchange for a new size/color right away. Best part? Once you ship your unwanted item, your exchanged item will be fulfilled, cutting down on time between orders!

    Please note that all exchanges and returns must be done online by clicking the link above. If you have issues during the process, please reach out so we can troubleshoot!

    • Exclusions

    The following items and scenarios are excluded from the General Policy:

  • Gift cards
  • Orders purchased during Black Friday/Cyber Monday sale
  • Final Sale items
  • Clearance items
  • Bundled items that are offered as a discounted package
  • Items damaged by improper care. Please check out our FAQ page to ensure the best care of your new item!

    • Outside the USA?

    We are now shipping to many countries outside the USA! The return policy is outlined below for orders outside the USA:

    You have 10 days after order is marked as delivered to initiate a return.

    Once initiated, you'll have 10 days to return the item(s).

    You are responsible for all shipping charges incurred.

    Once we receive the item(s) back, we will initiate the refund.

    To be eligible for a return, items must:

  • Be unused/unworn/undamaged
  • Have original tags and packaging

    There are exclusions which can be found further below.

    At this time, we cannot offer exchanges for orders outside the USA.

    • Holiday Return Window

    Orders placed on or between November 16-December 25 will be eligible for extended returns (USA only) + exchanges (worldwide) until January 10, 2025.

    Note that orders placed during the Black Friday Sale are only eligible for exchange (USA only).
